Joining CrossFit Bribie Island was the best decision I made for my fitness journey! I'd never participated in CrossFit prior to my first class and knew very little about what it involved. Almost 12 months later I am feeling the strongest and fittest I have in my life ๐ The environment is so supportive, friendly, and fun. As a newbie to CrossFit, I am really enjoying the CFBI vibe where everyone supports each others goals and potential. Mason is certainly a Coach and leader to be admired with his knowledge of the body to move well and avoid injury. And - if injured already โฆ he is also quite excellent in guiding you with moves to restore strength and speedy rehabilitation. Such a good find - thanks Mason and my new support crew at CFBI.

Thanking Mason and the CF Bribie Island community for having me for a session while I was on holidays. I truly appreciate having been welcomed by everyone as one of their own. We stumbled across a sign on the back of a ute on Bribie Island Road advertising for stone bench tops at the exact same time our kitchen was being installed. Christy was incredibly helpful and from the first contact to installation was a 1 week turnaround. Very happy with CD Waterjet Cutting & would definitely recommend to others.
